On this day, White Day is celebrated in Japan!! It somewhat reciprocates Valentine's day, on 14. February, girls usually give "courtesy chocolate" and "chocolate of love" to boys, while one month later, boys are supposed to return the favor. Common gifts include white candy, chocolate, marshmallows, jewellery, white lingerie... The custom is slowly spreading westward as well.
Exactly one year ago, a friend of mine, Uzume and I had a White Day themed Vocaloid photoshoot. As we needed photos ready for March 14th, we had to have the photoshoot at least a week after. It was freezing cold, around 4 degrees Celsius outside, yet we had to wear light spring clothes and bear with it.
I guess it was worth it!
