It was that time of the year again, for the biggest Serbian con - Japanizam!! Those were four days packed with hype, stress and fun all the way.
On the first day, I had my Vocaloid panel. Alone. (cue sad music)
I was frightened as hell because this was my very first panel of my own!! It went pretty well, actually. The place was almost full, and nobody left during the panel, so I guess I did something right, haha! xD
For this day, of course, I was Gakupo, and he was received as well as ever
My partner Hisayume debuted his new Kenshin outfit, so I could say it was a samurai day!
On the second day, nine cosplayers from the Balkans debuted a full Nana crew - entire Trapnest, Black Stones, and Hachi, of course. I was Ichinose Takumi, bassist and leader of Trapnest for the day. You can see Bogdan as Ren, Marina as Reira and Hisayume as Naoki in the pic as well.
Third day was very important for me, as I debuted my Gackt - Redemption costume.
Gackt is a famous J-Rock musician, a super talented man who is an inspiration in any field of existence. He speaks four languages, plays eleven different instruments, has his own music label, writes and sings his songs, acts, and many, many more things... He used to be a part of Visual Kei band Malice Mizer, and is currently solo. This costume of his is from a song he made for Final Fantasy series, and upon which another costume - for a FF character Genesis Rhapsodos - was based. He is a true idol, and since Japanizam's theme this year was music, it was a perfect occasion to wear it.
Next to me in this photo is Visual Madness as Cloud Strife, from Final Fantasy.
On this day, I was also a host on the panel of our Russian cosplay guest - Matsu Sotome, a specialist in plus size cosplay, and a very sweet girl.
Our other two guests were two amazing cosplayers from Hungary, Paszuly and Yuriko, Wonder Woman and Elin from Tera!! Along with Ferasha as Sephi, of course
Fourth day is reserved for cosplay competition, of which I was in charge, and I made sure everything went smoothly!
I am happy that competitors were praising the organisation and that nobody had much stress
This is very important to me as I know how it feels in the backstage!!
The place was packed, as is every year for the cosplay competition
A friend of mine, Tsukiyomi cosplay won the prize for best character interpretation!! :3

The winner of Grand Prix, and a guest-to-be at Mondocon, Hungary was amazing Bendershield as Garrus Vakarian from Mass Effect!! He did an amazing job and took the well deserved prize

In the end, everyone was happy, and sad to go home, so as a part of the organization, I call this Japanizam quits and a major success ^_^
